Day 4: At home

Overall, today was a quiet day.
I had school first thing in the morning, but Natalie wasn't there because she had gone to Tortuguero for the day. Unlike me, she missed the test. The test wasn't that bad, it was just a test of what we had learnt that week, and I only got three things wrong because of how it wasn't difficult.
After I had completed the test, I still had 2 hours left of school, but since it was Friday my teacher just put on a Spanish movie to watch for the rest of class. It was called Orphanage and was supposed to be a scary/suspense movie, but it wasn't for me. However, it was a really cool movie.
Also, because it was Friday, some of the other students were graduating from the school because they were leaving. Due to this there was a little lunch of tropical fruit that we could all have some off. While eating, I met another student of the school who is from Germany, but she had been on an exchange in Christchurch when the first earthquakes struck.
Once I had arrived home and eaten a lunch of "arroz con pollo" (rice with chicken), I just chilled around the house with Jose, watching YouTube videos and listening to music. A little bit later Naty arrived because her Mum had gone somewhere, and all she wanted to do was watch Digimon on Jose's laptop. Her Mum, Rebe, is called the "gato negro" (black cat) of the family, because supposedly things always go wrong when she is around. Sure enough, today they did for her as she got a flat tyre.
A little while later, Jose left for uni, leaving just me and Naty. So I decided to teach her some card games because she didn't know any. We played for awhile before I started showing her all the places from New Zealand that were shown on the playing cards. She thinks New Zealand is a beautiful country.
Soon after, some other family members arrived and Naty went with them, but Jorge and Guisella (Jose's parents) had arrived too, and the three of us had dinner.
After dinner, I finally got to help out with the chores here, I dried the dishes. Usually when I ask they just tell me not to worry.
Later, Jose arrived back from uni, and we just sat at the desk watching YouTube videos. There was one that I was watching closely so Jose decided to scream in my ear and give me the biggest fright, it gave me a huge shock.
Brayan arrived a little later because he is coming with us to paragliding tomorrow.
